Foster Care and Adoption Resource Center - Media Rental Terms and Conditions

Wisconsin Foster Care and Adoption Resource (rentor) owns media that it rents to clients on an as-needed, as-available basis.
Website visitor (rentee) wishes to rent said media.
Therefore, Rentee agrees to the following terms and conditions:
a) rentee agrees that the length of rental is limited to 21 days (3 weeks).
b) rentee agrees to pay a charge of $2.00 (two dollars) to rent each and every item.
c) rentee agrees that if item is not returned within a one week period after said rental period terminates (28 days total), rentor will charge rentee's credit card for the cost of rented item.
d) if item is returned after credit card is processed for the amount of the rental item, and item is returned, rentor will credit rentee's credit card the amount of the rental item less a 10% processing fee.
