Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - YourSiteName.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks only by phone or fax order, and only in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt and approval of a personal and company check at our offices. For money orders or cashier's checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. YourSiteName.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. A cancellation processing fee of $100.00 will be applied by YourSiteName.com to any system cancelled before shipping. Most unopened products (at YourSiteName.com's discretion) may be returned/refunded for full credit, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by YourSiteName.com within 30 days of the original invoice date. Returns/refunds of opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, (shipping charges are non-refundable), and must be received by YourSiteName.com within 30 days of the original invoice date. There will be no returns/refunds on opened software. After 30 days of the original invoice date, no returns/refunds on unopened and/or opened product will be accepted. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed. Additional time may occur with individual banks.

To return merchandise for credit or replacement, you need to obtain a Return Merchant Authorization number (RMA#). All returns must be in "as shipped" condition and require an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. To obtain your RMA# call YourSiteName.com Technical Support at 1-800-555-1212 and ask for an RMA#. Due to the nature of clearance parts (as identified by YourSiteName.com), returns for credit or replacement will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by YourSiteName.com within 14 days of the original invoice date. Refunds and replacements will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock, replacements for clearance products may not be available and cannot be guaranteed. YourSiteName.com is not liable for shipments made to us. We recommend that our customers use a popular shipping method such as UPS, Federal Express or the U.S. Postal Service with good packaging (original packing preferred) and full insurance paid. YourSiteName.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Arizona and Wisconsin, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to YourSiteName.com before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

YourSiteName.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. YourSiteName.com's shipping and handling charges are based on each individual product's weight, and are calculated as determined by YourSiteName.com. YourSiteName.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the YourSiteName.com site, nor does YourSiteName.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.
